Marek Nowak

Marek Nowak is a partner in the international law firm krmlaw. Mr Nowak graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Warsaw and has more than 15 years of practice experience, having worked as a lawyer in Poland since 2008. As a member of krmlaw, Mr krmlaw offers two main types of services: legal consultancy and litigation. His areas of expertise cover legal strategic planning, due diligence, contract and policy drafting, and the provision of legal advice.

Mr. Nowak focuses on a wide range of industries, providing legal services to clients involved in foreign investment, labour law, tax, energy, infrastructure and hospitality. He also provides in-depth advice in the areas of finance law, insurance and private equity.

As a senior lawyer, Mr. Nowak represents clients in cases related to contractual, labour law and commercial disputes before general courts and arbitration bodies in Poland. He has extensive experience defending cases in both domestic and international courts and also serves as a visiting professor of corporate law at the University of Warsaw, where he has trained many future legal talents.

As a member of the Bar Association, Marek Nowak has also been involved in a number of activities, having previously served on the Social Communication Committee of the Supreme Council of the Bar.
