Caleb Ng Kai En is the Country Director of linkwayFDI’s Singapore office. He specialises in providing strategic consulting and operational support to international companies and brings over 10 years of industry and consulting experience in the region.

Kai En is passionate about building lasting relationships with clients, bridging cultural gaps and managing cross-functional agile teams across multiple regions to deliver tangible results that meet client expectations.

Over the past decade, he has successfully advised a wide range of international companies in the FMCG, Retail, Medtech, Automotive and Manufacturing sectors to enter the China and ASEAN markets and optimise and grow their existing businesses.

Kai En is a great team player with excellent communication skills. His work experience and knowledge is crucial to the high quality of service we provide to our clients. He holds a Master’s Degree in International Business from the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) Kai En is fluent in German and English and has a good command of Chinese (Mandarin).
