Giovanni Bianchi

Mr Giovanni Bianchi is a Certified Public Accountant, registered with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Accounting Specialists of the State of Tyrol, a former member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the State of Tyrol, and currently Chairman of the Local Internationalisation Committee. In addition, Giovanni is a member of the research committee of the Italian National Institute of Chartered Accountants on ‘Internationalisation of Businesses and its relationship with AICEC’.
Since 2019, Giovanni has been a Senior Advisor to Linkway Partners in Italy and Germany, managing the firm’s liaison office in Italy.Giovanni is also an active member of several local and national committees and sits on the boards of several Italian companies.
Since 2005, Mr Giovanni has been supporting Italian companies in their internationalisation projects in Asia, as well as foreign companies in their investments in Europe (especially in Italy, Austria and Germany). He provides planning, financing, company formation and management services to multinationals and SMEs in Italy and Asia.

Some of his recent projects include:
Researching the manufacturing and distribution markets in China and Vietnam, visiting companies in the fields of mechanical engineering, healthcare and business services, assisting in commercial negotiations, finding suppliers and business partners.
Organising and participating in trade fairs, searching for distributors, researching business networks and preparing commercial agreements for Italian companies.
Assistance in purchasing machine tools and equipment, dealing with contractual and customs issues.
Helping manufacturing and trading companies to choose the best location, validate logistics networks, evaluate tax incentives, understand international trade treaties, recruit staff and support start-ups.
